CognitiveIndex.org provides supported digital assessments and analytical reports for educational and informational purposes only.

• An original IQ-style reasoning practice test with a paid full report
• An AGCT historical practice form
• A public-domain Big Five personality questionnaire
• Test-specific score or trait summaries
• Digital report generation and viewing access where offered

All products and services provided are digital goods delivered electronically.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using CognitiveIndex.org, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

To save your results and open them again later, you must create an account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Keeping your email and contact information current
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.

Cost and Advertising

The Service is free. Every assessment, its full score report, and the downloadable PDF are provided at no charge, and we do not ask for payment details at any point.

The Service is supported by advertising instead. We display third-party ads on our public pages and on score reports, and our advertising partners may set cookies to serve those ads. How that works, and how to opt out of personalised advertising, is described in our Privacy Policy.

Because nothing is sold, there are no charges, subscriptions, renewals, or refunds associated with the Service. If we introduce a paid feature in the future, we will publish its terms here before charging anyone.

Digital Delivery & Access

Upon successful payment:

• You are granted immediate access to your digital test results
• Your report is delivered via your account dashboard and/or secure electronic access
• Digital delivery is considered complete once access is enabled

Because this is a digital product, delivery is considered fulfilled once access is granted regardless of whether you choose to download, view, or use the results.

Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, educational purposes. You may not:

• Share, copy, or distribute test content
• Resell or reproduce digital reports
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform
• Circumvent security or access protections
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attempt unauthorized access to restricted systems

Intellectual Property

All content, including assessments, scoring models, written reports, branding, software, and algorithms, are the exclusive intellectual property of CognitiveIndex.org.

No license is granted for redistribution, resale, or reproduction.

Educational Disclaimer

CognitiveIndex.org provides educational tools only.

Our assessments:

• Are not medical, psychiatric, or diagnostic tools
• Do not replace professional psychological evaluations
• Should not be used to diagnose conditions
• Should not be relied upon for medical, legal, or hiring decisions

Use of the Service is at your own discretion.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including:

• Accuracy or reliability of scores
• Suitability for any specific goal
• Interruptions or error-free operation
• Fitness for professional use

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, CognitiveIndex.org shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, or use.

Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount you paid to CognitiveIndex.org in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CognitiveIndex.org from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination
